Link2 Recruitment is committed to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS). We strive to ensure we are in the best position to partner with our clients and to make sure all our candidates are safe at work each day.

All of our fixed-term and casual candidates complete a generic online WHS induction prior to commencing work on a Link2 assignment. Depending on their role, we also provide specialized sector-specific WHS training.

We conduct 6 monthly WHS audits at all client sites to ensure our candidates are working in and contributing towards safe work environments.

Following the introduction of the Health & Safety at Work Act in April 2016, we're in the process of reviewing our policies to ensure we are in the best position to support our clients and our candidates.
